CMCI Construction began as a humble sole proprietorship in 2021, founded by Jonathan Irinco & Josefa Chan, a visionary in the field of construction. With a passion for creativity and a drive for excellence, the founders started the company offering general construction services nationwide.
As Jonathan & Josefa’s reputation for quality work grew, so did CMCI’s client base. On September 15, 2023, recognizing the need for expansion and organizational
structure, Jonathan transformed CMCI Construction into CMCI Construction and Development Corp., a registered corporation under the Securities and Exchange
Commission in addition, to bringing in their highly skilled professionals and staff.
Altogether, they diversified the company’s services which include high-quality engineering design and general construction services.

continued to thrive in the competitive industry. In the last quarter of 2023, to accommodate further growth and to attract larger clients, Jonathan and Josefa made the strategic decision to incorporate more professionals. This move not only provided the company with a more robust legal and financial framework but also allowed for easier access to capital and resources.
With the new corporate structure in place, CMCI expanded its reach nationally and even internationally, securing contracts with major corporations and government agencies. Under the leadership of Jonathan and Josefa, CMCI Construction and Development Corp. became known for its innovative campaigns, cutting-edge technology solutions, and commitment to client satisfaction.
